2019 Superhero Dash!

The Super Hero Dash is fast approaching (SUNDAY, APRIL 14TH) and we have updated the Sign-up genius to reflect our needs.  So check out the list, the suggestions not on sign-up, and the link below for donations needed.  And sign-up for the Dash as a family, runner or virtual Super Hero!
SIGN-UP GENIUS:
RACE REGISTRATION:
We need the following items donated (via sign-up genius):
1. Bottled Water (100 bottles broken up in 25 increments)
2. Ice (15 bags; enough to fill 3 or 4 coolers)
3. Fruit (bananas, apples and oranges; enough for 75 people)
4. Granola Bars (75)
5.  Balloons (4 weighted bunches of green/white balloons)
6.  Tent for Registration that will work on cement (Donna’s tent needs
to be staked into grass).  Worse case will bring our pop-up tent and
our RV and we can use on or both for Guild Registration as it has an
awning, bathroom and generator.
*We would also like to ask each Guild member to donate at least 1 dozen
filled easter eggs for the egg hunt.  Its probably safest if each egg
is filled with small toys/prizes or nut-free candies that don’t melt
easily.  Filled eggs can be dropped off at the Slane Center (1401 Long
St.) or Sams Law (1208 Eastchester Dr., Ste. 101).

Successful Healthy Start Baby Shower

Thank you to everyone who donated to the High Point Guild of Family Service fundraiser for the Healthy Start program.
We had an amazing and generous response from Guild members, family, neighbors, friends and even local clubs/ sports groups.

The High Point Guild is full of women dedicated to making a difference.  Many children will be blessed by these donations.

What a privilege to be part of this organization!

25th Annual Oyster Roast!!!

This year is the 25th Anniversary of the High Point Oyster Roast!!

We need our benefactors this year as we have a great goal to meet.
Up your ante from ticket holders this year to Host Couple in honor of our major milestone.
Major Sponsors ($2,500 and above) are invited to attend Pearls of the Oyster Roast, a private cocktail party immediately preceding the main event.

January 22nd is the deadline for Sponsors and Hosts to be listed on the invitation for tickets.

BIG GOALS for our BIG CELEBRATION
Last year’s event raised $212,000 to support vital programs of Family Service of the Piedmont
in the High Point community. For our 25th year we’re aiming for $250,000!

Members have been working hard and reaching out to businesses and friends and we need your help too.

25th Anniversary High Point Oyster Roast! And remember, they have until Tues., Jan. 22nd to sign-up
as hosts or sponsors to be included in the printed invitations.
